What do Bradford Cricket League grounds look like from the air?

May 4, 2020 by John Fuller Leave a Comment

Bradford Cricket League photographer Ray Spencer is one of the few cricket photographers I know who has a drone as well as a mighty collection of cameras and lenses.

In this series of stunning photos, here’s captured a bird’s eye view of Yorkshire cricket clubs and their surroundings.

Ironically, now would probably be the perfect time for drone photography with everyone on lockdown but these were taken over the last summer I believe.

They show off the Yorkshire countryside, give you a rarely seen viewpoint of the cricket from the skies and in me at least, initiate an even deeper craving for green spaces and cricket.

Enjoy the article and my thanks to Ray for sharing his photography, more of which can be seen on his own website or the Bradford Cricket League.
