**CRICKET COVERS FEATURES**

**100% Waterproof**

total-play’s flat sheet covers are constructed from a semi-translucent polyethene material that is 100% waterproof. Light can still reach the grass, promoting healthy growth without the risks of transparent covers.

**Durable and Long-Lasting**

**[Cricket pitch flat sheets](https://total-play.co.uk/products/cricket-rain-covers-25m-x-4m/?ref=cricketyorkshire.com)** get some serious use and need to be up to the job for years.

CGS cricket wicket covers are made from strong, UV-stabilised material that can stand up to all that the weather chucks at them, as well as repeated use.

Reinforced hems, eyelets, and handles have been designed for durability and ease of handling.

**Fast and Easy to Use**

When it rains, every second counts. These rain covers are lightweight and quick to get into position. No messing around wrestling with heavy materials when delays mean a wet pitch.

***Light and less sweat***

Being semi-translucent, total-play’s Rain Cover ensures that light can still get through to the grass plant and enable photosynthesis. This is beneficial for the overall health of the grass.

The grass plant can recover and match conditions aren’t adversely affected. The Rain Cover can be left on for short periods i.e. the night before a game, but should be used as a waterproof cover only and not as a germination cover. It should be removed as soon as possible prior to a game starting, to reduce the sweating effect and allow the grass plant to recover before play takes place.

**Versatility**

The CGS Rain Cover can be left on overnight or pegged out if it rains during the match. It’s worth stressing it is for use as a waterproof cover, not as a germination cover.
